Dear Members,
It is with great pleasure that I wish you all a happy 2020 full of happiness and success in your personal and professional lives.
A year ago, I was elected as IVETA President for the period 2019-2020, after being involved in the Association activities since the beginning of 2012. One of my goals is to solve the ups and downs of membership, with objectivity and teamwork, we have rectified some problems. Among the achievements to highlight in this new year is the development of this new website, adapted to new trends and more attractive to navigate and enjoy the topics that concern us.
I take this opportunity to welcome the new board members who joined us in recent months. It is a pleasure to have them on board and have their support in strengthening IVETA. I hope this year will bring us more new members that will add more value to our organization.
Last year we successfully delivered our International IVETA Conference in Abuja, Nigeria. In November 2019, IVETA signed MOU with Worlddidac, which became our new affiliate members and IVETA is also affiliated to them.
For this year we have planned a few regional TVET conferences. Our regional European TVET Conference is tentatively scheduled in May and the South Asia TVET Conference will be held in October 2020.
I hope that 2020 will be a year of important achievements and growth for IVETA and its affiliates.
